Company Overview | The Practice
Fingerprint Studios is an architecture and design practice based in Fareham, Hampshire, working across the South Coast – including the South Downs, Surrey and Sussex. We offer a full range of services in Architecture, Interior Design and Project Management, supporting both residential and commercial projects from concept to completion.
Our work spans new builds, refurbishments and sensitive conversions, including listed buildings. We also have experience delivering bespoke spaces such as swimming pools, spas, wine cellars, and other high-end amenities.
From early consultation through to delivery, we work closely with clients to develop clear briefs and thoughtful designs. Our aim is to create sustainable, functional and well-considered environments that meet real needs whether in the home, workplace or public realm.
Founded in 2010, we combine technical expertise with a flexible, collaborative approach to deliver projects that balance design ambition with practical constraints.
Patrick
Patrick is the Founder, Lead Architect and Managing Director of Fingerprint Studios. With over 15 years of experience in both traditional and contemporary architecture, he takes a hands-on role in every project from early concept through to delivery. His work spans residential, commercial, industrial and bespoke sectors, always focused on creating practical, well-considered spaces that align with the client’s brief. Patrick’s approach balances creative thinking with attention to detail, helping ensure each project runs smoothly and meets its objectives.
Charlotte
Charlotte is the Finance, Admin and Human Resources Manager at Fingerprint Studios. With a strong focus on operational efficiency, she oversees day-to-day processes, manages budgets, and provides vital support across the team. Her role spans everything from maintaining internal systems to handling HR matters and ensuring the studio runs smoothly behind the scenes. Known for bringing clarity and structure to busy environments, Charlotte plays a key role in keeping the practice organised, responsive and well-supported.
Bettina
Bettina is the Architecture and Interior Design Manager at Fingerprint Studios. She holds a First-Class Honours degree in Interior Architecture and Design and has worked on residential, commercial, and heritage projects across the South of England. Her experience includes everything from technical drawings and planning applications to coordinating with clients and stakeholders. Bettina’s work bridges traditional and modern design, with a particular focus on careful restoration and context-sensitive detailing.

You’re always welcome to visit our studio in Fareham – it’s where we plan, collaborate and bring ideas to life. That said, much of our time is spent out on site, working closely with clients, managing projects, meeting contractors and shaping spaces in real time.
