We’re an RIBA Chartered practice based in the heart of Hampshire, working from our thoughtfully restored studio in a Grade II listed building in Fareham’s Conservation Area.
Hampshire is where we started, and it holds a special place in our hearts. We have a deep, working knowledge of local planning policies, consultant networks and trusted contractors – relationships we’ve built over many years. A complete upgrade and overhaul of the building was undertaken to bring the Victorian building up to modern standards.
Our task was to elevate the timeless style of a traditional house through a sensational extension that seamlessly blended the classic with the modern.
A unique extension that saw the retention of the footprint of the original bungalow and increased the size of the dwelling tenfold.
