Period correct repairs
We love ensuring that the repairs and refurbishment of listed buildings are undertaken to ensure that they are period correct. This ensures that the building and or structure functions and works in the way it was intended. Along the way securing listed structures requires the introduction of modern building methods to prevent structures from collapsing. This can involve the use of new techniques to ensure that the building lasts another lifetime. When using these solutions, we work to either express or incorporate for a seamless finish.
We have been fortunate to work on structures that date as far back as the 13th century. We get to see the evolution of these amazing buildings and would love to be apart of your journey.
Grade 1
These are buildings of exceptional interest. We have worked on securing Elizabethan structures with unique one of the kind ceilings.
Grade 2*
These buildings are of special interest, warranting every effort to preserve them. Usually with significant elements of the building warranting specific listing. Come visit our office with a Grand 2* listed structure.
