This will see the conversion of an ugly house to a lovely house with the inclusion of a clever double height kitchen dining space. The exterior of the property will be over hauled with new cladding materials to renew the exterior and give it a sleek contemporary exterior. The interior design will be aided with the addition of a full building refurbishment including underfloor heating an a fresh and modern clean lined interior design.
This renewed house will provide a robust house with modern construction finishes including polished concrete, cedar cladding, aluminium slim frame windows finished in an anodised finish.
